What I Wish Ecommerce Businesses Knew

Show the Real Product

On a product page, images do more than decorate.

They answer the question the customer cannot physically ask with their hands:

What is this really like?

One photo rarely does that job.

People want front, side, detail, texture, scale, fit, packaging—whatever helps them understand the item better.

Because uncertainty kills momentum.

The less people can inspect, the more they hesitate. The more they hesitate, the easier it is to leave and compare somewhere else.

Good product imagery reduces imagination. And that’s a good thing.

It replaces guesses with evidence.

Trust rises when the product feels visible from every important angle.
